At a time when the state is in economic crisis mode… 100’s of teachers being laid off and the
public education system as a whole could generally be summed up as tragedy… these guys
decided it was important to spend “tax dollar$$$” to paint over a mural painted
on the walls of the most polluted/neglected/inaccessible area of Los Angeles… did i mention
its not really even visible from anywhere???
